ComMediaN Workshop Event

If you are under 25 and would like to pick up or develop media skills then the ComMediaN open day workshop could be for you. ComMediaN will be running 4 workshops including: Creative Photography, Video Interviewing, Video Editing, and Writing for Media.

If you would like to come along to this free event (including lunch) then email jamie@rywu.org.uk with your name and which 2 workshops you want to go to.

The event is being held 17th February at the Newcastle City Learning Centre, West Road, NE4 9LU and will run from 11am – 4pm. If you are attending please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the event. There is free parking at the back of the building or West Road is served by many bus routes.

ComMediaN provides those with an interest in media the opportunity to develop their knowledge and experience benefiting both themselves and the community at large. They cover community-based events and challenge the negative stereotypes of young people by reporting on all of the good work that they do.
