An Introduction to Youth Participation: Training Days for the Cultural Sector

PURPOSE
Our Cultural Olympiad puts Culture at the heart of the Games – encouraging participation and celebrating the cultures that make up the UK.  The Cultural Olympiad values include ‘inspiring and involving young people to unlock their creativity’.  Guided by this value there is regional potential to significantly raise the quality of our cultural practice with young people.  These training days are intended to support cultural organisations in their efforts to engage young people more effectively and support the Cultural Olympiad in our region.
