The Opportunity

We are looking for 10 young people aged 14 – 25 that have experience of mental health in their lives.

Skills and knowledge that they will gain are:

• Presentation and communication skills

• Knowledge about mental health and services to support young people with mental health needs

• Experience of delivering training

• Experience of designing their own training course

• Meeting new people and sharing experiences

• Increased self-confidence and self-esteem

• Excellent experience to put on their CV
