RYWU-NE

Regional Youth Work Unit—North East (RYWU-NE) works across the North East of England to promote and support the development of youth work.

RYWU-NE serves many functions as one of the hubs of youth work across the North East of England. There are six Regional Youth Work Units across the United Kingdom.

Our unit works with funded programmes such as Truth About Youth and NE – Generation and other Regional Programmes, as well as beginning to deliver training and consultation events to youth organisations.

Our main aim is to act as informal educators in order to get young people’s voices heard.
